The hotel was great overall - the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing (omelette's, French toast, hash browns, toast, tea, Starbucks coffee), the rooms were well furnished, and everything was updated (flat screen TV, modern amenities). It's safe, it's comfy, & has good amenities!
Lack of a good sign to the drive/street. We missed it & had to go all the way around again on the freeway! Bistro closed, had to find dinner.

Spacious room and helpful staff.
When we tried to use the spa, the water temperature was not hot. Also, hallways, carpet and ceilings needed repair/upgrades.
Overall, this was a good hotel. It met our needs as a family with young children. Free breakfast made to order was a plus, and the staff was prompt and helpful when we requested extra items, such as coffee, shampoo, towels. ...read more
